Design & Preconstruction
Before construction can start, you must get through the design and permitting phase. We prefer working with our clients and guiding them through the design phase. This not only helps with time management, but we are also able to provide rough budgetary guidance earlier in the process to help avoid over budget designs.
Design consists of several sub categories:

HOA Approval - Hawks Ridge requires your builder to be an approved build (ADG is), along with your house plans and landscaping plans be reviewed and approved for conformance with the HOAs requirements. Download Hawks Ridge Design Guidelines.
Budgeting. Selections and allowance are defined. The more detail, the better here. We recommend spending as much time as you can up front to define every selection possible. This will make your budget accurate as possible from the start.
