Project Managment
Our quality control measures throughout the process are taken very seriously. Our foundations are inspected by a third party engineer prior to each concrete pour. We inspect our framing for hours on end, looking at each detail to make sure it is up to our standards. Finishes are inspected, and blue taped as if it were our own personal home, alleviating the homeowners’ work load at final walkthrough.
Quality Control
Your project gets its own dedicated bank account, where only transactions specific to your project occur. No co-mingling of funds among different projects, and our fee comes out at designated times outlined in our contract. All transactions are reported in our accounting software, and invoices are saved by date and vendor in PDF format for your review.
